I hired lighthouse to install a moen flo shutoff valve that I already had and add a bypass for a future whole house water filter. Donald came out and did the installation and everything seemed to good. The next day I noticed some issues with the install and found that my Flo wouldn’t power on anymore. Donald and the owner came back out to take a look. The Flo was dead and they were able to warranty it even though was my device. Donald came back and completed the installation and everything is working great. Donald was such a pleasure to work with. I will definitely have lighthouse come back for another job in the future!
