So for the last few days, i've been extremely worried about my toilet Situation, i had Alex stop by this morning with lighthouse plumbing, he came, he inspected was extremely truthful with me, Which I very very much appreciated and when he left made me feel better about my personal situation, and also I learnt something about toilets. Following a recommendation from Allstar Heating and Air (also a great company) have had Lighthouse Plumbing do three projects for us. All have resulted in excellent results with the response and service. A special thanks to Bradyn for the recent total repipe project. Btw they also have an exceptional receptionist. Would highly recommend contacting them for your plumbing needs. They may not be the cheapest option but learned a longtime ago from being a project manager for 25 years you get what you pay for.

Hiring Lighthouse Plumbing was one of the best decisions I've made as a homeowner. Ryan and his team were the only ones that understood having drywall put back up is just as important as cutting it to fix damaged pipes. They were the only company whose bid was inclusive of a Bellevue permit, drywall cutting and repairing, and painting. That expansive scope of worked provided peace of mind and saved my family and I the hassle of trying to wrangle vendors and timing as Ryan took care of all that for us. Lastly, I want to especially call out the professionalism and kindness of PJ and Bradyn. PJ always went out of his way to educate me on what tasks he was planning on doing and updating me anytime something needed a judgement call. He was also an excellent teacher for every apprentice that was with him (shout out to Alex and Isiah). Bradyn was also incredibly patient. He walked me through how to use the Moen Flo and how the water filtration system worked as well. PJ and Bradyn are just two examples of the great people that Ryan has working on his team.
